J-Flex is pleased to announce several changes to its Senior Leadership Team ahead of its next phase of growth.
Chris Briscoe moves into the role of Operations Director with immediate effect, succeeding Les Shaw who takes up the position of Non-Executive Director.
Chris joined J-Flex in 2020 as Head of Technical & Quality and has been instrumental in implementing a company-wide quality ethos and continuous improvement mindset which has contributed to the industry leading levels of OTIF, product authorisation/release, and internal accuracy that clients come to expect from J-Flex.
Away from work, Chris supports Manchester United, is a keen cyclist, and is often spotted sporting a new pair of brightly coloured trainers!
Meanwhile, Mark Awcock has been appointed Sales & Marketing Director. Building on his strong commercial background, Mark joined J-Flex in 2023 and quickly secured several key contracts with new and existing customers.
Alongside Chris, Mark makes up the J-Flex branch of Manchester United supporters and is a season-ticket holder at Old Trafford. When he’s not watching the footy, Mark can often be found competing in various triathlon events.
