As industry experts we have produced a technical guide to help you identify the best solution(s) for your specific circumstances.
You can always download our Ask The Experts Rubber Products Guide, but here are some things to consider when deciding on the type of rubber to use. The more information you are able to supply regarding your particular circumstances, the quicker and more accurately we will be able to provide a solution.
1. Physical Requirements – If you have a drawing of the required item, please include this in your enquiry. Otherwise, please advise length, width, thickness, material, hardness and any other applicable parameters that you know, including the quantity.
2. Operating Environment – If known and applicable, please advise the max/min temperature that the part/material will be exposed to as well as any chemical or physical interactions.
3. Certification – Does the material need to be certified or tested to any particular standards? – such as FDA, EN45545-2 etc.
