J-Flex enjoys an industry wide reputation as the market leader for specialist sheet rubber products. Much of our vast range are offered EX-STOCK and include:

• Red, White, Black, Blue & Translucent 60° Shore FDA Compliant Silicone Sheets, with 30, 40, 50 70, 80º also being available.
• Blue Metal Detectable Silicone Sheeting
• Platinum Cured Silicone
• Silicone Sponge Sheetings

Note: all of the above sheetings are properly manufactured from approved ingredients; cured and additionally post cured to meet FDA compliance requirements. In addition J-Flex Silicone Products are fully compliant to the REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC),  RoHS and EC 1935/2004.

Most J-Flex sheet products can be supplied with our high temperature adhesive backing (generally speaking, any over 1mm thickness).

With our expertise in industrial rubber sheet products we also offer:

• White Standard Density Silicone Sponge
• Cured Silicone / Glassfibre Composite Sheets
• Translucent Silicone with one side Knitted Polyester

In addition we can offer other grades, hardnesses and colours, calendered or moulded in sheet form, such as:

We offer strip cut from sheetings and also fabricate die-cut gaskets; joints and seals.
