J-Flex Successfully Passes Latest ISO 9001 Audit
We’re pleased to share that J-Flex Rubber Products has successfully passed its latest ISO 9001:2015 audit, following a recent on-site visit from BSI (British Standards Institution).
The audit is an important part of how we maintain the quality standards our customers expect from us. It looks at how we work as a business, the processes we have in place and how we continue to make improvements.
J-Flex has held ISO 9001 accreditation through BSI since 1994, and while we’re certainly no strangers to the audit process, we never take a successful outcome for granted.
For us, quality isn’t just about having the right procedures and paperwork in place. It’s about doing things properly, being consistent and making sure our customers can rely on us to deliver.
Chris Briscoe, Operations Director, had this to say:
“It’s always pleasing to get a positive result from an audit, particularly when it involves a thorough review of how we operate day to day.
There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to maintain our standards, and it’s very much a team effort. Everyone has a part to play, so I’d like to thank all our colleagues for their continued hard work and commitment.
We’re always looking at ways to improve, and the audit process is a useful opportunity to take stock of what we’re doing well and where we can make things even better.”
