Muddy Fork provides opportunities for people to work with nature, outdoors, on useful projects, in beautiful green surroundings with a supportive group of like-minded people. This simple formula can be a real boost to mental health and wellbeing, relieving isolation, anxiety, and depression and helping to build self-respect and social confidence.
They offer a very different service, to help people get back on their feet or simply learn to cope better with their health conditions.
The challenge was to get at least one person from each company, cafe, shop etc. to attempt 25 press-ups and video it along with promoting the hashtag #25pushupchallenge
Not one to turn down a challenge, our very own Marketing Manager, Neil Duckmanton thought he’d give it a go and hopefully show and inspire the younger guys in our operation that you can do it, and indeed anything if you set your mind to it!
Neil says: “having not made it to the gym much in recent months, my first attempt was only around a dozen, but after a week or so, I finally managed it, just!
