Managing Director, Sam Kirk, explained:
“Following a major IT upgrade and the introduction of remote working we were left with a surplus of IT devices. Fortunately we were able to sell these devices and we are delighted to be able to donate the proceeds – £1,200 – to the Hospice in time for Christmas”.
Debbie Rawlings, Community Fund Raising Co-ordinator at Bassetlaw Hospice, said:
“On behalf of the entire team, thank you so much for your very generous donation. We really do appreciate your continued support and wish you all the best for Christmas and the New Year”.
The hospice – also based in Retford – provides palliative care for patients who have been diagnosed with cancer or a progressive long-term condition. It exists to support the patient and their families to achieve the best quality of life.
