There is no doubt that these are worrying and uncertain times for everyone, but we are open and remain fully operational. We want to reassure you that we have implemented procedures to ensure the health and well-being of both our staff and customers in line with Government advice and directives.
Our immediate priorities are maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our employees, whilst providing continued and uninterrupted service to our customers – many of whom are supplying essential products and services to the food, drink, pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
To ensure that our team remains healthy and fully functional we have done the following:
Many of our team are now remote working, which has allowed us to limit physical numbers coming to/from J-Flex.
Face to face meetings have been cancelled and replaced with phone calls, conference calls and video calls so that we can stay in touch with each other – and you – and therefore minimise disruption to both new and ongoing projects, as well as ensuring we continue to deliver the usual high quality and service you have come to expect from us.
We are all aware of the challenges of social isolation. To combat the negative effects this can have, we are organising regular video calls within and across the teams to actually see each other and keep morale high.
All our staff have been fully briefed and we all understand the important role we each play in helping to ensure the cleanliness of our respective working environments and we are regularly updating everyone with any changes to working practice.
We continue to run our operations as normal as possible, and do not anticipate any major disruptions at this time.
We’re in daily contact with our supply chain too, with no disruptions or delays foreseen at present. As a general rule of thumb, we’d always advise placing your orders early so we can guarantee product availability.
