You will note from our previous business continuity update on 23rd March that a good proportion of our team were working remotely from home, whilst we had put in additional measures for the safety of those still working from our Head Office, to ensure we were all doing our part to join the national effort to combat the threat of the COVID-19 virus.
We also wanted to let you know that during this time of reduced demand amid worldwide trading restrictions and with various orders and projects being delayed, we have now taken the decision to place some of our amazing team onto furlough. Our people are our business, and we are very pleased to be able to keep them in the family and to continue to support them with many of their J-Flex benefits. We will be staying in touch with them throughout, until the world starts to open up again, when we will bring them back into the fold to continue in their roles.
This means that for the time being when you get in touch with us your usual contact may not be around. However, we are retaining a core team of our most experienced team managers and operators, so rest assured that if you do need help with an existing order, new project or otherwise, you will still be in exceptionally good hands.
