Metal Detectable Silicone Sponge is ideal for gasketing & door seals used in sensitive food processing areas.
If any part of this material falls into a food product, this pollution can be detected by metal detectable equipment. Don’t take any risks by fitting traditional sponge materials because they are cheap. They also have low levels of conductivity & are very often missed by the strongest detection systems. So don’t compromise – fit J-Flex Metal Detectable Products.
Made to order in various thicknesses from 1.5 to 12mm. Colours: Light Grey, Blue.
