Sam serves as the Managing Director of J‑Flex Rubber Products and Co‑owner of Clockpress Holdings, the parent company of J‑Flex. His leadership focuses on long‑term strategic growth and building an empowered Senior Leadership Team. Sam has been instrumental in navigating the business through industry challenges while championing modern leadership values. He has also received multiple regional business awards, including being named Institute of Directors’ Young Director of the Year for the East Midlands.
Outside of J-Flex
When he’s not at work, Sam serves as a parish councillor and school governor.
