Operations Director
Chris Briscoe became Operations Director in 2025 after previously serving as Head of Technical & Quality since 2020. He has played a central role in embedding a culture of quality and continuous improvement, contributing to high performance in OTIF delivery, product authorisation standards, and internal accuracy.
Outside of J-Flex
Chris is also known for his enthusiasm outside the workplace – particularly for cycling, Manchester United, and his ever-increasing collection of Adidas trainers!
