MicraSil® Silicone Products

Made from specially formulated compound including silver biocide additive. This gives the silicone antibacterial properties that can prevent the growth of deadly bacteria including—Salmonella; E-Coli & even superbugs like MRSA.

Independently tested the additive is mixed at the time of manufacture and lasts for the useful life of the product. As it is not solely applied to the surface, performance is not affected by scratches; bumps or general wear or tear.

Thin Gauge Sheet Rubber

- 40º Shore Neoprene: 0.5 & 0.8mm

- 60º Shore Neoprene: 0.3, 0.5 & 0.8mm

- 70º Shore Nitrile: 0.5 & 0.8mm

- 65º Shore EPDM: 0.5mm

When you specify 0.3mm you get 0.3mm. Our 0.5mm is precisely 0.5mm. And our 0.8mm is ..... well you get the picture. Precision tolerances is why our customers come back time & time again.
